A Turkish citizen beat an Afghani while walking around with an Afghan flag around his neck

A citizen waving an Afghan flag in Turkey was beaten by a Turkish citizen. The Turkish citizen is of the opinion that he will not be allowed to promote the Afghan agenda by waving the flag of another country in his country.
