In Sindh, the people are suffering the consequences of not making arrangements to be safe from rains and floods. Hundreds of people died. Land routes from the cities were also cut off. Those who reached the roadside were considered lucky. Those trapped in the water are waiting for help. Mastoi canal and drainage canal in Qamber Shahdadkot got cracked. The water entered Selera Goth, a nearby settlement of the city, and several houses were submerged. More than 400 houses have collapsed in the village of Usman Juyo near Qamber. Various villages of Larkana are underwater; water is present in houses. The district administration could not make proper arrangements for drainage.
