DG ISPR brilliant response to India on Kulbhushan Jadhav case Verdict

Kulbhushan Jadhav case is a High Profile case for both Pakistan and India. Jadhav was working in Pakistan as an Indian spy before he was arrested by agencies of Pakistan.

Relations between Pakistan and India were not good from past 10 years due to Mumbai attacks in 2008 and this incident affected the back door diplomacy badly. Kulbhushan Jadhav was living in Balochistan province from where  Intelligence agencies of Pakistan arrested him.

After spending some time under custody of Pakistani agencies, Kulbhushan Jadhav finally accepted that he was working for India as a RAW agent and was involved in many attacks in the country.

After his acceptance, Pakistan Government took action against him and recorded their protest to the Indian High Commission.

Jadhav’s case then took over by Pakistan’s Army Courts and they decided to Hang him till Death. On this verdict, Kulbhushan Jadhav was satisfy because he accepted that he is an Indian agent and requested government of Pakistan that he wants to meet his family for the last time.

Kulbhushan’s mother and wife traveled to Islamabad and met Kulbhushan under high security arrangements.

Indian government were off opposite view and denied Kulbhushan Jadhav’s statement of working for them. They accepted that Kulbhushan Jadhav is an Indian citizen and worked in India as a Research and Analysis Wing.


Indian Government took the case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The International court heard both sides India and Pakistan before announcing the decision.

Today, In a long press conference, ICJ judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf announcedd the verdict.

On the verdict in which India’s request was rejected, Indian media was reporting that the decision were in their favor. DG ISPR Major Asif Ghaffor responded to them in a brilliant way.

Asif Ghaffor in his statement said that the decision of International Court of Justice is Pakistan’s success and we Surprised India once again.
