Father commits suicide by poisoning children for not fulfilling children’s wishes on Eid

Fed up with poverty, the father ended his life. In Zafarwal, Punjab, the father committed suicide by poisoning three children for not fulfilling their children’s wishes on Eid. The incident took place in Wariam village near Zafarwal, where Qadeer, a resident, drank poison along with his three children as he was fed up with poverty and domestic conditions.

Rescue teams immediately shifted the father and children to DHQ Hospital Narwal. Father Qadeer died on the way while Ayesha, 7, Rehman, 5, and Rehan, 3, are in critical condition.
