In this audio call, it can be heard that Zubair Umar is telling a friend that Pak Army and Rangers have a hand in arresting Captain Safdar. Today IG Sindh was abducted by Rangers, and then Rangers have issued orders from IG Sindh to arrest Captain Safdar forcibly.
