Akhlaq Ahmed was the third generation, top playback singer. He was an invaluable gift of nature and Pakistan’s artist. He was very melodic in his singing but a miserable and unfortunate artist.
He could not give his wife any gold, no silver, no palace, and no companion of sorrow. He passed away in London at the time of his career peak. When he died in London, his family even did not have the financial means to bring his body to Pakistan. And so this great artist of Pakistan could not be buried in the soil of his homeland.
