After arriving in the country, Babar and his teammates, Mohammad Rizwan and Iftikhar Ahmed, posed for the picture at the revered Masjid an-Nabawi in Madina, Saudi Arabia. The trio can be seen soaking in the spiritual ambiance of the place.
Babar Azam, the talented captain of Pakistan’s cricket team, took to Instagram to share a touching couplet in honor of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) alongside a snapshot of himself with teammates Mohammad Rizwan and Iftikhar Ahmed. The photograph captures the trio dressed in traditional shalwar kameez and thobes, standing on the mosque grounds with the Dome of the Prophet (PBUH) in the background.
Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, two of Pakistan’s star cricketers, participated in the executive education program on the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS) at Harvard Business School before embarking on their Hajj pilgrimage. They attended the program, which aims to equip participants with the skills necessary to succeed in the fast-paced and ever-changing world of sports and entertainment.
