A person may suffer from sleep deprivation and insomnia due to following an inactive lifestyle with bad habits, eating late and lack of exercise, making them prone to infections from many diseases. Everyone needs at least six hours of sleep for the brain to function correctly and for the body to be healthy and active.

Some foods make you feel tired all the time. Foods that cause this condition include gluten, milk, eggs, soy and corn.

Stress

Chronic stress is a significant factor affecting energy levels in the human body. Although avoiding stress is sometimes impossible, a solution can be found by adopting yoga or meditation.

Depression

If you have difficulty concentrating and communicating due to restlessness and fatigue and feel negative and hopeless, you should consult a psychologist as soon as possible.

Dryness

Dehydration occurs when the human body loses water. Its deficiency disrupts the body’s normal functioning, leading to feelings of restlessness and extreme fatigue.

Other common reasons that can cause you to feel nauseous and tired all the time are poor or harmful eating habits, such as excessive consumption of energy drinks, low protein intake, low-calorie consumption and high intake of refined carbohydrates.
